Often times you’ll come in and after they’ve built half your order they’ll suddenly tell you they’re out of guacamole or cheese. You accept it but then watch them load up burritos for staff members with cheese or mobile orders with guacamole. Then you go sit down and the entire store is filthy with not a single table that is clean. Then you take a bite of your order and taste half cooked rice. I understand how miserable a job it must be to work at chipotle, but it’s kind of sad how the owners and management at this location specifically seem to make every part of the experience downright miserable.

At lunch I asked to eat barbecue but the meat had a lot of leather and the truth is that it is very difficult to eat. You expect the meat to be solid and easy to eat. Since you go out for breakfast and the truth is you only have time to ask to sit down and eat and you expect the food to be as described in the photo or video,

WORST EXPERIENCE I've ever had in my entire life!!!! I came in around 2pm and asked for a Chicken Butrito Bowl to go. There was no chicken out, so the lady went to the back where I could not see her and she put chicken in my bowl. I could see they were making Fresh Chicken on the grill. But she gave me old Chicken that was not out for serving. I told her I did not want that chicken because it was not fresh. I am 9 months pregnant and am very cautious what I eat. She looked at me and tossed the plate in the garbage and took the next customer. Denying me service and food. I was not rude. And did not need to be treated this way. So I asked for a manager and she said No Manager and then said she doesn't speak English. I took the managers card. Called the number and the number was disconnected!!! I ended up calling 1-800-CHIPOLTE and filed a complaint against this place. Never in my life have I been treated this way. All because I didn't want old chicken that was pulled from the back out of sight. And this place is filthy. DON'T GO TO THE WESTMONT LOCATION!!!!!

This is one of the worst Chipotles I've been to. Incredibly small portions, rude stall, and an overall dirty restaurant. Will rather find another mexican restaurant than eat here. Never seen such small portions.
This Chipotle location is one of the worst in America, and that’s saying a lot. Not only the employees, but also the management at this location are unprofessional teens that put their own comfort before that of the customers and dashers. They are rude, inexperienced, and their service skills greatly lack the basics. They perform shady practices in both their system management and food preparation simply due to sheer laziness. If you guys want a much better quality experience, just go to the other Chipotle location nearby instead at 1203 Ogden Ave. Those guys truly deserve a recommendation, and it’s sadly a stark contrast from this joke of a branch.
