Hello, good afternoon, to begin with, the place was a little dirty, some of the tables were dirty. At lunch I asked to eat barbecue but the meat had a lot of leather and the truth is that it is very difficult to eat. You expect the meat to be solid and easy to eat. Since you go out for breakfast and the truth is you only have time to ask to sit down and eat and you expect the food to be as described in the photo or video,
Walked in, greeted immediately. Asked a question, only to have the employee roll his eyes at me. The dining room was filthy. Tables were mostly covered in food, the floors are dirty. The young men were standing at the cashier swinging their arms - why not clean the dining area? Young woman with purple hair had garbage cans right up to all the food. Please teach your employees common sense

Often times you’ll come in and after they’ve built half your order they’ll suddenly tell you they’re out of guacamole or cheese. You accept it but then watch them load up burritos for staff members with cheese or mobile orders with guacamole. Then you go sit down and the entire store is filthy with not a single table that is clean. Then you take a bite of your order and taste half cooked rice.
