I stopped in while having my car serviced at McGrath. Spent about $6.50 in here, purchased one of their wraps. I went to taste the wrap made with “steak” and I could SMELL the steak Before it touched my lips. The store was fairly “Covid full” so I asked if the manager could swap out the “rank wrap” for donuts. She approached the counter with “dusty” clothes and agressively asking “what’s wrong with it” I didn’t want to say with a store full of people...read full review
this Dunkin has such poor customer service. I watch the manager tell this kid that they couldn't make him something because the ovens were down for cleaning. As I sat there for at least 30 min, not one person went to the ovens to start cleaning them. this is not the only time I noticed stuff like this.
