First off, I love Jimmy John’s.. so it’s hard to give a bad review, but this location always messes up my order. Today I ordered a veggie with extra cheese… received a turkey sandwich. Other times they’ve completely forgotten my side or drink, and have also delivered to the wrong house. It’s just a bummer.
Gross. This location was run by a bunch of young teens- which is fine, but you could tell. The seats were disgusting and physically sticky to the touch, and the tables were not cleaned. I asked for napkins from guy behind counter and the kid goes” yah right here” expecting me to reach over their station to grab napkins from their kitchen. It just was poorly managed and gross. Yucky. Food not made with love neither. Smh.but the tomatoes were fresh though.
