“Finally treated ourselves - not disappointed!! Hubby got the chicken piccante & I had the chicken marsala - both were excellent! The pasta fagioli was so good we got a quart to take home. The service and atmosphere were also great - we will definitely be back!!“

“The karaoke on Sunday is a lot of fun! The man who runs it has a lot of music! In the beginning if it is slow he will let people do a few songs in a row. But he is also very fair. So once it’s getting busy he will space it out and get everyone in but I have never been to a place that would allow that. He is a great singer himself so I guess he enjoys taking care of people and allowing them to warm up when it’s slow. That’s cool! And the people who come are damn good singers and nice. There are no divas here but some damn good talent. A rare gem!“

“We loved the ambiance of this Irish Pub! The Christmas decor and lights make it a wonderland! The band was great and the pub has so much charm!
This all made up for the 3 bartenders who were more worried about talking to their friends than waiting on customers. We waited 20 min, as did customers next to us, staff looked right at us and kept talking to their friends. A bartender with curly hair- she actually scowled at us for asking to place a drink order. Exception was one bartender who had very long straight dark brown hair: she was awesome and was doing all of the others work with a huge smile on her face! She was great! It was a busy night that the restaurant could have had higher cash flow if the others focused on drink orders. We'll be back though, really great place!“

“such sweet owners! they helped me celebrate my 20th birthday last year with the sign and some catered food, and this year (i have covid☹️) they gave drinks on the house for my family who went to celebrate in honor of me! i can't wait to come visit once i'm out of quarantine!!“

“We went there on Friday for their happy hour and listen to the dueling pianos. We sat at the bar, got our drinks and ordered food. Brian the bartender was AWESOME! The burger was huge and delicious and the drinks were great. We will definitely be back really soon.“

“They served the Corned Beef Platter and didn't disappoint! The server we had was perfect for their environment too. We added the corned beef barley soup. OMG YUMMM! I just wish they served it longer than 4 days. They have several other Irish dishes to try as well. I feel like I can't get enough. Lol 😄“

“I stopped by this place while waiting for an oil change nearby. The layout of the restaurant was really fun — you can see the ice rink right next to it, which felt straight out of a high school movie. I loved the classic American diner vibe. It wasn’t too crowded, which made it feel even more local and cozy.
There were claw machines and candy dispensers here and there, which added to the charm. The server was super friendly and welcoming. I ordered a drink, some chili, and a burger. The food wasn’t amazing, but it was decent. Overall, it’s a very chill place. I feel like it’d be a fun spot to stop by once in a while to grab a drink and hang out with a friend.“

“We happened to be working in the small town of Hodgkins and stumbled upon this place. It has a small town feel where everyone is super friendly and everything we have tried so far on the menu was AMAZING! The burgers are the best Around! “Food is quality German-Bavarian. You feel your in a lodge in Bavaria. Could use some diversity in clientele. I'll take that because the restaurant cannot control that. Servers are attentive, quick response with prepared food. Recommend the blueberry mocktail, dumpling soup, had a spicy stew...it was hearty, tasty and many sides are available.
Been here twice. Second visit I was disturbed with a table of six. Again the restaurant can't control that. But neither could these patrons.
Servers have been knowledge and kind. I'd go back strictly for the service. Yet the food is quite traditional and return worthy.
The Lodge can't dodge the Hodge Podge of loud Lots.“

“Back when I lived in the area, Irish Times had just opened and I stopped in to have a Guinness. Now, I have had Guinness all over the Chicago area and never has a Chicago pint ever approached the magical, otherworldly flavor of a pint consumed in Ireland. I don't know if it's the water, the proximity to the brewery or just some kind of strange magic that happens to Guinness in Ireland, but I've never had better. That all changed when I drank that first pint at Irish Times. It was easily the best pint of Guinness I've had outside the Emerald Isle. I've since left the area and have had pints all over the United States and Canada. Nothing has approached the quality, freshness and taste of the Guinness at Irish Times in Brookfield. If you are lucky enough to be nearby, don't hesitate to make a detour to the pub. You will not regret it.“

“We held a celebration of life for my brother here today. About 50 in attendance in the stylish, comfortable upstairs area. Despite the fact that I planned this from 400 miles away and without having ever seen the venue, it went off without a hitch due to Mr. David Candiotti and his staff. No surprises. Everything was as promised. The venue is extremely stylish and rustic. Food was delicious and plentiful as were the drinks. Service was fast, efficient and friendly thanks to Mona, Alberto and Olena. I highly recommend.“

“Jeff and his staff were extremely accommodating to our group of 10 ladies all celebrating a big birthday. I called requesting the private dining area and he made sure no one else was seated near us. We were able to have separate checks which isn’t always possible with a large group and even let us bring in birthday cupcakes to share. It’s hard to find a location in Lemont that can accommodate a large group that offers a more private dining area, but Jeff was more than happy to help!“
“Hello, took my wife to this suburban restaurant inside hotel. She had Brussels sprouts appetizer described as phenomenal and her salmon was great too. I enjoyed the French onion soup and the well prepared Marriott burger! Great to have another dining option in Burr Ridge!“

“A friend and I went on St. Patrick's Day for lunch. Busy place but delicious food! Our waitress could have been more attentive. We order an appetizer and she forgot to put it in. We were waiting then our sandwiches came and we asked. We still wanted them. The portions are huge and it is pricey but so very good! We eat also had a drink.“

“For bar stool junkies. Two TV' s.... different screen colors. Older beer ads and hardware. Forgot to check the head on this initial visit. Several regulars in/out for their nicotine charge. Very nice lady behind the bar. I will be back soon. Minus: PBR, but where is the OldStyle? Plus: WSox beat Cleveland.Key Word: Old (Style).“
