Dunkin' Donuts

Met a friend. Didn't order anything. They actually let me use their bathroom without kicking me out like the other Wheaton location on County Farm Rd. Remember the Starbucks lawsuit? Just saying.

The location is small, and is a walk-in store only. I was confused walking in because the pickup counter is immediately in front of the door. This seemed like the line to order in, but after a second I realized my mistake and moved over. Having a pickup area in front of the door will definitely lead to congestion. I just grabbed a quick coffee, and my service was friendly and fast. The coffee was super hot and great, so I'm sure I'll come back again, but this will not be my preferred...read full review

Terrible. The man that was serving us was slow and there was only one person working. I cam in before a dozen people and he served them first. I asked why did you serve them first and he said "because they only bought coffee". I bought coffee as well and 2 donots for me and my brother. He served a dozen people before I could get my food that I ordered. It took me 30 min to get everything and I was so pissed at the worker. It was the worst experience I ever had with Dunkin Donuts....read full review
