Great options for Frozen Yogurt (more than 10 flavors), and boba tea (12+ flavors). Have ample sitting room and parking.

I mainly get boba from here, the drink is good but the boba(tapioca) itself is only good sometimes. Last few times I went here the Boba tasted like dirt which was interesting. The froyo is very good.
