“The best cheeseburgers ever!“

“No doubt the pizza’s are amazing but once we bring them home they do not taste good as we dine in at eat. Also, not only me but alot of people have noticed how rude the guy is who picks up the call. I am giving my order over the phone and he rushes me because he has someone coming in his restaurant. Next , I ask him couple of questions which he shows so much attitude. Third , I hate dining in this place . The guy keeps checking to see if we didn’t make the tables or floor messy. No kind of professionalism. We do not eat free . We pay for the pizza’s he should not show this type of etiquette“

“The place was a ghost town. I was the only one there. The only thing that changed about the peanut buster parfait was the price ( over $5.00 now ). The worker that was there was very pleasant. It does not have to be blistering hot outside to enjoy good ice cream.“

“People gonna cry about the price, then go to a cheaper restaurant. You taste the quality difference than otherate night burger joints.

Honestly, I got the wake n bacon burger with over medium egg. Perfect juices, VERY filling. . Reminds me of the “Royal Red Robin Burger” @ Red Robin. Wavy fires were fresh, nice crisp / potato ratio. Will be back again“

“Portillo’s delivered. The food was amazing from start to finish. The hot dogs were absolutely on point, full of flavor and done exactly how they should be. Everything we ordered came out fairly quick, fresh, and tasted great.
The overall experience really stood out, and a big part of that was Kenny, the leader on duty. He was friendly, professional, and clearly runs a tight ship. You can tell when a place is well led, and it shows in the service and the quality. Portillo’s is very lucky to have someone like him in a leadership role.
As a business owner, I respect places that do it right. This location did exactly that. I’d come back without hesitation and highly recommend it.“

“Although I hear they have good smashburgers had a taste for wings. It's rare to find places that will give you the whole wing. Only downside, I wish they were a little bigger and on the online menu it pictured it came with coleslaw. It did come with fries that were nice and crispy. Overall, the meal was good and hot by the time I made it back home.“
