I was very impressed with the professional staff, the low key feel and, most importantly, the quality of the food! Outstanding, creative and well-served!

Excellent dining experience. Our waiter, Alfredo, was terrific and the food was delicious.

I recently celebrated my 50th birthday at Aboyer with my children. While the server was very kind and accommodating, the overall level of service fell short of expectations for a restaurant at this price point. There were only three tables occupied during our visit, yet we waited around 15 minutes before anyone approached our table. I ordered a glass of Pinot Noir, but was initially served the wrong wine. The server promptly corrected the mistake, which I appreciated, but unfortunately the wine I received tasted as if it had been open too long and was served at a warm room temperature, something I wouldn't expect at a place like Aboyer. As for the food: — The cheese puffs were amazing—a real highlight. — The salmon appetizer was very good. — The mussels were a bit too salty and overly acidic. — The salmon entrée, while cooked well, the purée was way too salty and too runny to be paired with the mashed potatoes on the plate, so I had kind of a salty, runny mush. — The gnocchi, on the other hand, is a must-haves. Overall, it was a mixed experience. There were definite high points, especially in the food, but the service and attention to detail didn't quite match the standard I was expecting.

Food and Service were fine. Signature dishes were tasty and well presented. Disappointed that although we noted at the time of our booking and in the subsequent follow-up that we were celebrating our wedding anniversary that there was Zero acknowledgment of it. Another couple who were there at the same time did have their anniversary acknowledged with complimentary champagne and by the staff. It happens. BUT given that it was a Thurs evening and the place was not busy it was a mistake that should not have happened. Also the other patrons skew elderly so there is Zero energy in the restaurant and the ambiance was somewhat sterile and staid. No music, lighting was bright since it was a clean well lit dining room that met the needs of most patrons there but not quite a fine dining experience given the pricing.

Another wonderful evening with friends at Aboyer... From the Escargot and Smoked salmon appetizers to our Steak Frites for the entree and ending with sorbets for dessert. Already made additional reservations !!! And Benjamin's service was perfect and very attentive...

Took two friends who are new to Aboyer and they loved it, as my other friend and I have for years! We enjoyed some wine and appetizers during the Happy Hour time! Had some escargot, salmon and tuna tartare, and corn and truffle soup. All were wonderful. One friend decided to have the pate, which I recommended, and she thoroughly enjoyed it. We also loved the rainbow trout. The service was superb as usual and staff reached out to welcome us! Can't wait to return!

Always wonderful food with outstanding service. Staff is friendly and attentive, the outside area comfortable and inviting...an excellent neighborhood bistro.

It was a perfect evening; the weather cooperated by allowing us to dine outdoors without sweltering. The food and service were, as always, excellent. Steak frites done medium rare was done perfectly as well as the frites; very tasty and delicious. Escargots were exceptional. It was like dining as it was before Covid; the staff was not rushing you out the door and sweeping the floors around you while you were trying to finish your meal. None of that here. We have dined there many times over the years while the name and themes have changed but never the quality of the service and food. We will continue to go back.

Consistently exceptional in food and service. Their seasonal summer corn and truffle soup is to die for (served in a cappuccino cup and I thought they mistakenly made a latte lol). My other favorite is the salmon tostada. Great happy hour menu if you like a light tasting of variety. Hope to be back soon before the next seasonal soup change!

Not our first time. Our waiter was not great. Brought starters with no plates. Brought when we asked. Maybe he was new. Other than that we enjoyed it a lot

Aboyer was amazing, Service A, Ambience A, Food A-, Happy Hour Prices A. Definitely would go back in a heartbeat. Menu items a little pricey but small plates off the happy hour menu were tiny but very good and inexpensive. Will definitely be going back. One more thing to add our waiter was phenomenal, took his time to explain things on the menu and even recommended some of the favorites without being pushy, felt he went above and beyond!

Came for the salmon special and it was delicious, so the the wine pairing and the peach dessert. It was a pleasure to see Benjamin & Sergio, they're so helpful and nice.

We brought out-of-town guests to Aboyer last night because we had all gone together a few years back and they loved it on their first visit. They loved it again and we all had delicious meals in an attentive, laid back setting -- great fun evening!
