“Friendly. Polite. Accurate with orders. Clean store. Quick. The Chicken Noodle soup was excellent! Chunks of chicken and carrots! The Broccoli and Cheese soup was good according to my family. Our sandwiches were flavorful, a reasonable amount of toppings, fresh bread and were delicious! I really appreciate the amount of product put on my sandwich without me having to ask. Other Subways go cheap and barely give you any food on the bread. I don’t eat at Subway as often as I would because of this. I forgot about this Subway location. I just happened to google search locations to see which location was closer to me and this store popped up as the closest to me. I will definitely be back!”

Its a win win ! & they are the only resturant that delivers to east wonderlake because I have not found 1 that does unless ur paying extra for like door dash! My kids were amazed. “Hands down the best bargain beer and burger in Wonder Lake. You can get a fresh cooked burger, fries, and a pint for $10. The menu is small, but the quality is always there. Also: they do a fantastic fried pork tenderloin sandwich.”

“I felt bad cheating on my normal breakfast place. But this was probably the best place I could have done it. It's homey and you can tell they have regulars that have been coming for decades, and decades to come”

“HIGHLY RECOMMEND Placed an order for pick up. Fair timing for the order. Food was hot even after the drive. Tasted amazing. Whoever was cooking knew what they were doing. Double dough was soft and chewy. Italian beef egg rolls were fantastic. Garlic Parmesan nuggets were also delicious. Fair price for eating out in today’s world. ONLY COMPLAINT We originally called for delivery and were outside the range. 8.3 miles door to door. If the range were just a little bigger, Hebron would throw money at them. Still, I highly recommend. 10/10”

“I visited Toast and Roast which was recommended by my brother. The atmosphere was awesome and very i inviting, not to mention extremely clean! The food was great, especially the pumpkin cheesecake muffins. They were Light, fresh, moist, and very flavorful. I’d recommend this establishment to anyone and I look forward to my next visit.”

“Ding Ding, Winner Winner, Kevin said it’s his new Favorite! Best Eggs Benedict he’s had. Giant Homemade Bun, Thick Thick Sliced ham My French Toast was Great (Homemade bread), the little fat Sausages were cooked perfectly, the only negative for me and it really isn’t a negative is they had breakfast potatoes rather than hashbrowns (they do have them during the week, just not on weekends) Definitely worth the drive and the wait. You won’t leave here hungry but you will leave with a to go container.”

“Always a family favorite, especially when I have my grandkids. Whether they can sit at the bar to have their meal served by the train, or just watch it from a table, they absolutely love it and it's an experience we can't get anywhere else. Food is always good and service always excellent. I like that the new(er) owners made a few changes to keep the charm but get rid of a little clutter.”

The food and service was excellent and the owner, Jerry, was kind enough to listen to stories of my childhood, working in the hardware store that my great grandfather started back in the early 1900s. Was lucky enough to work for my grandpa there while in middle school. Great to see some of the original things that have been kept. We will be back next time we visit.”
