“I'm telling you. Their Biscuits and gravy are by far my favorite from Busy Bee. I've tried so many other places in and around mchenry, and some are fine. But I love how Creamy and almost buttery these are. I get them every single time I go.

My husband loves that he can get lunch food while I stoll get my breakfast.

The skillets ate amazing and so is the chicken salad crescent (which is his temporary favorite)“

Giant Homemade Bun, Thick Thick Sliced ham My French Toast was Great (Homemade bread), the little fat Sausages were cooked perfectly, the only negative for me and it really isn’t a negative is they had breakfast potatoes rather than hashbrowns (they do have them during the week, just not on weekends) Definitely worth the drive and the wait. You won’t leave here hungry but you will leave with a to go container.“

The food and service was excellent and the owner, Jerry, was kind enough to listen to stories of my childhood, working in the hardware store that my great grandfather started back in the early 1900s. Was lucky enough to work for my grandpa there while in middle school. Great to see some of the original things that have been kept. We will be back next time we visit.“

“we love coming here for breakfast. great atmosphere, employees are always upbeat and in the best of moods. generous portions for the prices. variety of choices. I have my favorites that I rotate through. I in particular love the gyro skillet. if I have a sweet tooth I get the belly buster, the choice that has the pancake and add strawberry and whip cream. the pancakes are FLUFFY, so good. our baby always gets a scramble egg on the side and she pretty much launches at my hand while feeding her so apparently I need to start cooking with butter at home or whatever they do. we always leave full and talking about how nice those people are on our way home.“

Not today! We have finally found a restaurant that delivers in all the areas we have been looking for and then some. Listen, want to know how to spot a good Mexican restaurant , try their chip and salsa and their aqua de horchata. If they’re stale, you’ll know first hand what to expect.

Well, let me tell you that not only did this place feel welcoming, their food was delicious! The tamales was the key factor in this as well as their rice. My brother and I were left satisfied and happy. The owner reminds me of my father, someone who fights to make a living and the way everyone here treats their customers is outstanding! I can see why the people who kept arriving had a smile on and just respected as if they were familia.

“Bernice, Jim, and their crew at 31 North made our wedding day amazing! The crew came to the reception venue the Friday before to set up the tables, the bar, etc. which was very helpful for us to see the dinner and cocktail hour areas all set up before the big day. On the big day, the staff was very attentive to us (the bride and groom) as well as all of the guests, ensuring timely passing of appetizers and fast serving of the dinner courses. Also, the dinner was nice and hot, showing that the final stages of cooking were completed at the reception venue just prior to serving. All of the staff were so kind. During the year leading up to the wedding, Bernice was very responsive via email, answering all of my questions and adjusting our proposal countless times with any additions or subtractions. She was also very accommodating when we wanted to add a few extra desserts, plate some of the dinner courses separately, etc. Overall, we’d highly recommend 31 North for any of your catering needs in the McHenry, Hebron, Woodstock areas of IL! “We got the tuna melt and the California club and they were the best sandwiches we'd eaten in a LONG time. The tuna wasn't fishy at all and everything was fresh...they did not skimp on the veggies and good stuff. We had our dogs there and they were very accommodating.

“We have been going there for the last five years bragging about the hamburgers. Went there today order the hamburger it came out. Almost fully well done very poor quality. One asked If I could have gotten it rare was told menu says medium well. Meat was of a quality as if it was cooked earlier this week. Definitely will not be going back for hamburgers. Was told by the waitress No one will ask you how you want it done it says on the menu. We used to consider it best burger in town.“

It was our first time at the Duke’s and Greg helped us picked the food items and had a lot of patience with our kids. Even the soups were to die for... I absolutely loved the Duke’s chicken sandwich. The Duke’s burger was fantastic! the vibe of the restaurant is very welcoming and great for family celebrations. “We leased The Loft to host a business meeting. We added in the chocolate bundle so that our guests could try the great chocolate that they smelled on the way in. The space, the chocolate, the communication, it was all first class and the space served perfectly to host our meeting.“

“Obviously there's a ton of Rosati's but like anything personal service and food quality is always sporadic in Chains this location absolutely amazing for the past 5 years that I moved up to Woodstock service is always amazing food never lets you down and prices Fair we bring our 3 year old and all the time and he's not a bother even though he can be a little loud at times but whenever we want pizza this is our go-to
