Dont let the outside appearance fool you, the food is great for the price. That being said, its not the best food and the inside is very run down and grimy. My chicken lo mein had more veggies than chicken and the beef and rice were average. Still worth a try.

Despite the old building and outdated decor, the restaurant has a certain charm. The staff are friendly, and the prices are reasonable, with a dinner for two costing under $20. The beef pepper steak was tender, although lacking in spices, and the teriyaki chicken was enjoyed. The wonton soup was decent, but the fried rice was dried out and bland. The egg roll seemed to have been fried in old oil. While the restaurant may not be visually appealing, the kind staff and affordable prices make it a worthwhile visit for classic Chinese dishes like the St. Paul sandwich.
