For the main course Shaima prepared a delicious turkey with mashed potatoes and mixed grill, which was an absolute delight! The desserts were also incredible, with just the right amount of sweetness. Shaima is an extremely talented gourmet cook and I would highly recommend using Alrayes catering for your next event!

It was my first time trying moroccan food and it was such a lovely experience. We had Medina coucous with lamb shank (perfect texture and flavor), tatuka(with beets and carrots), kefta tagine,and moroccan tea. Everything was great. Highly recommend!“
