The place was packed in drive thru, I went in to order. steak bowl was delicious!!! Chanse and his co worker - trainee! the nicest customer service! the bowl was delicious. the hibiscus with turmeric drink was very refreshing! 5/5
Went inside and was greeted by friendly workers. Im picky on my amount of salsa, sour cream, and guac amounts and the worker listened to my requests. Did not skimp me on rice or meat. I was afraid to come to this location based on the reviews but I had great service just like at the other locations nearby! I can't vouch for the online ordering but in person is worth it if you're a Chipotle fan. Perhaps they read the poor reviews and took it as a learning curve!
Food is always like warm. Chips are always stale. Health dept needs to go to make sure the staff is keeping food to temp and FIFO on product. The bowl I had today was terrible, dried out meat,missing corn relish, and barely any cheese,but a whole chunk of cheese was in my bowl. Waste of money to end up in the trash
