Went for dinner and left prior to ordering.
The store was not busy at all and the floors had trash and debris, almost every table in the restaurant was dirty covered in food, the food prep stations and entire kitchen were covered in food and filthy. The serving station didnt appear even remotely fresh, or clean and had food mixed with other foods. Management and employees truly do not care, and this place is absolutely not sanitary.
This place has the same reputation as many other chipotles. Poor food, small portions. Had two steak bowls, both containing dry steak and cold. When I asked the girl for some fresh steak. She just ignored me. Lousy customer service. Not worth the time to visit.
This Yorkville store is disgusting! The tables have food all over them and yet the employees are just standing around talking. Get better management! If that’s the mess you expect your customers to eat on, I cannot imagine how dirty the kitchen is!
