“My son and I ordered a to-go order at the front counter on 10/29/2024. When we got to the car and checked our, they had forgotten his side of steak bites. I checked the receipt and it didn't seem like I was charged for it. I went back in and it was a different girl at the counter. I asked her to look at my receipt and make sure I wasn't charged for the steak bites. I was not, so I placed and paid for an order. However, here is where the really cool part comes in. The girl who took my original order came over to apologize. I said "That is fine you probably just didn't hear us order it" and she said "No I remember you saying it I just made a mistake and didn't put it in the computer". WOW!!! She didn't have to come and apologize to me at all. She didn't have to admit her mistake and she could have just said "ya, I didn't hear it" and all would have been fine. BUT, this young lady took responsibility for her mistake and owned up to it and I was impressed. Much respect to her and the others at the restaurant. Also - the food was good!“
