It took way too long for the food. There is way too much competition to take over an hour for two people eating. I can’t even imagine having my kids with. That would have been horrible! Our check never came so we had to go to the hostess. Horrible service. Won’t be back.
We've been here several times and while it's nothing spectacular we usually enjoy it. Today though, was a horrible experience. I've been a sever so it being busy I expected a bit of a wait for food but this was ridiculous. It took half an hour before the server even took our orders. My sons got crepes, I got half sandwich and soup and their Dad ordered Chicken BREAST and waffles (the breast part is important because there are 2 separate chicken and waffles, one with a thigh and...read full review
food never disappoints. even when you run out of hashbrowns on an extra busy day the menu is always full of other great options. we come here quite often. the brie fig grilled cheese was perfect!

Southern Belle's is a gem with fantastic, plentiful food. The pancakes are divine, and the corned beef hash is made from scratch. The caramelized bread pudding French toast is absolutely amazing with the perfect balance of sweet and rich. Portions are huge and prices are reasonable. The brie fig grilled cheese is perfect, and the belly buster biscuits are soft, fluffy, and full of flavor. The staff is friendly and attentive, although the wait can be long on busy days. The doughnuts are warm, fresh, and even better with the butter, and the juices are all fresh and delicious. It's family-friendly with lots of children around, and a good venue for private events. The coffee is great, and the service is excellent. Overall, a wonderful breakfast spot that never disappoints.
