“Update: This facility seems to be getting faster and seems to have a much better staff than in the previous years. I don't go very often due to bad experiences over the years, but the last three or four times have been quick and friendly.

The food is the worst I've had at any Dairy Queen. The wait times are ridiculous. Half the girls working are nice and half of them are there for social hour or to play on their phone's. Service has gone down hill over the years since some of the better management has left. Can't get out of drive thru in less than 10-15 minutes.”

“Stopped for breakfast this morning with our kids/grandkids. Stood by the door for 10 minutes waiting for 1 of the 4 waitresses to seat us. Several empty tables but not once did anyone try to communicate or even say "hello"? Finally asked one of them if we should seat ourselves and she acted rude and didn't really answer what we were suppose to do? We left.... Thank God Kendallville and Lagrange are close by with restaurants that know how to treat customers.”

“My family and I decided to try this place out and we were not dissatisfied. They had AMAZING customer service, they were so nice and patient. Once we got our food ordered he told us it would be a 15 minute wait so we decided to wait out in our vehicle. The kind gentleman walked out our food to our car! We didn't even have to come back inside. Given it was later at night, but the service we received from them was astonishing! Food was hot and amazing too!”
