“Stopped for breakfast this morning with our kids/grandkids. Stood by the door for 10 minutes waiting for 1 of the 4 waitresses to seat us. Several empty tables but not once did anyone try to communicate or even say "hello"? Finally asked one of them if we should seat ourselves and she acted rude and didn't really answer what we were suppose to do? We left.... Thank God Kendallville and Lagrange are close by with restaurants that know how to treat customers.”

“Elmo's has good pizza, especially for the price. I like sausage and banana peppers pizza on thin crust. Service is good.

It has been hard to reach them on the phone in the past. Perhaps this has gotten better. You can walk into the gas station and order easily, though. This is probably a better option as it walks you through the menu in a manner that makes it easy to customize your order.”

“This Subway location is hands down my favorite! Every time I come in, it’s always clean, fresh, and welcoming. The staff here really go above and beyond, but I have to give a special shoutout to their customer service is amazing!

They always greet me with a big smile, and Haleigh take the time to make my order just right, and never make me feel rushed. You can tell they truly care about the customers and take pride in their work. It’s rare these days to find someone so friendly and attentive, and it makes all the difference.”
