This is the best Mexican food Ive ever had in my life. I live downtown by 2 other Mexican restaurants but I drive 10 mins away for this place.
5/5 best place in this county and surrounding for Mexican.
Best food i have had in a while.
10/10 best tacos in Indiana. The steak & gringa were life changing. No alcohol so that was a bummer but they have Mexican coke.

El Taquito Loco offers authentic Mexican street food in Anderson. The food is always good and flavorful. Specific meals include tacos de cabeza, Al Pastor street tacos, chicharron (pork skin) tacos, and burritos. The ceviche is great, and there is an amazing caldo de Camarón (shrimp soup) and Caldo de pollo (chicken soup). The best Torta for miles has light bread, chicken with really good flavor that is not dry, and sauce with killer heat. The horchata is fresh, not from a powder or a container, and comes in a big cup. Jamaica juice is also available. The food is authentic, not Americanized or smothered in nacho cheese. The prices are not bad for how good the food is, and serving sizes are grande. If ordering sope, it is a giant bowl that is a meal unto itself. The restaurant seats about 40 people. Service is nice and quick. The music is very nice but can be too loud; the volume can be turned down if asked. The restaurant is very clean inside with Mexican decor. Takeout is available.
