I have to say, Pho Plus is the best Vietnamese noodle shop I’ve ever been to. The pork sandwich and the chicken stir-fried noodles are both delicious. They use *yaki* (soba) noodles for the stir-fry—a type of noodle usually found only in Japanese cuisine—which really shows the care and effort they put into their food. It is simply impeccable—absolutely fantastic.
