I paid at the kiosk for extra cookie dough in my cookie dough milkshake, and it came with LESS than at other locations. Rreally? It was more like a chocolate shake, no cookie dough, with just a little bit sprinkled on top. Fail !
Steakburger was burnt. Edges supposed to be crispy, yes, but these were charcoal burnt. Very disappointed. The lack of service staff, well not a positive. S & S used to be a great smash burger. So sad how depreciated it has become.
I am so disappointed! This location used to be the traditional full service restaurant. No humans out front any more, just automated terminals. Burgers and fries are still good but I really miss that waitress, diner experience 😢 Steak N Shake just lost a loyal customer.
