Shout out to the staff working the morning of 8/12/26. I called in with a catering order at 9:45, needing it by 11am, and fully expected to be told that they could not accommodate such a large order with such a short window but I was not. Instead, you could hear the panic in the employees voice when I called but then she quickly went into action and asked me what my order was and would get it working. Service with a Smile. We were VERY WELL taken care of!
Matt is a stellar employee who always goes above ans beyond. If Matt is working, I don't have to worry about the quality of my service. The Bloomfield Subway is lucky to have Matt at it's helm, and I look forward to the day when he's the manager.
