Che Bello Reviews
I made a reservation at Che Bello nearly two months in advance to celebrate my brother’s graduation. After researching several restaurants, we chose Che Bello based on its promising menu and solid reviews — my brother had dined here before and was especially looking forward to returning for a special meal. Unfortunately, the experience was anything but celebratory.

By far the best “new” place my husband and I have tried in a very long time. The staff, atmosphere, music, and most importantly the food was amazing!!! Mel suggested the spinach artichoke dip with fried pita bread and WOW it was delicious. My husband got the Parmesan Chicken and I got the Mushroom Fettuccine with chicken. We drove 2 hours and tried it on a whim and will most definitely return.

Che Bello, a restaurant in Bloomington, offers a cozy atmosphere and attentive service. The menu features dishes such as Caesar salad, spaghetti and meatballs, and lobster ravioli. The restaurant provides a generally pleasant dining experience, with some reviewers praising the flavor and quality of certain dishes, such as the spinach artichoke dip, caprese pizza, fries, spaghetti and meatballs, and the muffuletta panini. The chicken parmesan has also been highly recommended. However, some diners have noted that service can be slow, with drinks, apps, and dinner taking a long time to arrive. One customer mentioned that the chicken parm was dry and overcooked, which was disappointing. Despite these issues, the restaurant is well-liked, especially as a nice Italian place in a college town. It has a front section and a back section with bigger tables, making it suitable for family dinners or visiting parents with students. The menu offers a good variety without feeling overwhelming, and everything sounds delicious. The staff is attentive and accommodating, adding to the enjoyable overall experience. Nonetheless, some customers have found the place to be a little sedate or upscale, and confusing reservation policies can cause initial hesitation. Overall, Che Bello remains a popular spot for a good Italian meal, with many planning to return despite occasional service delays.
