I have not actually made use of the accommodations at this Hyatt, but I visited Gallery 217 located inside the lobby, and that is a phenomenal amenity for the hotel. In a city well known for its local art and local artists, this gallery is a welcomed addition to the Downtown district. Check in experience was awful. Upon entering the hotel from the parking garage, we followed the signs directing us to the lobby where there were no attendants and signs showing express check out. We waited for 10 minutes while there were workers at the bar chatting with patrons. After realizing we were standing there someone finally came to help (we would have got someone’s attention had we thought they were hotel desk staff and not restaurant staff).
