“I ordered online right at they were changing their menu from breakfast to lunch. They weren’t able to give me the McGriddle I ordered because of this, but made me a Biscuit instead. The workers apologized and took initiative and I really appreciate that!“
“I went through the drivethru. The cashier was nice. They got my order correct even though I do have them change a few things with my sandwich, and they all so remembered to put the grape jam in my bag. I was happy with the service at this McDonald's.“
“If you’ve been to 1 McDonald’s , you’ve been to them all . That’s not the reason I’m giving them a 5-star rating . I’m giving this location a 5-star rating solely because of the service I received & the professionalism of the employees . They were polite and kind , they greeted me with respect & everybody wished me a nice day . From the cashier guy , all the way to the woman who handed me my food . Not to mention they had all my food prepared in record time && it was all hot and fresh . I have zero complaints about this particular McDonald’s
Parking: There were plenty parking spots . Whether it was pick-up parking , handicap parking or regular parking…they had plenty of spaces .
Wheelchair accessibility: They had multiple doors with wheelchair ramps attached to all of them .“
“I just want to congratulate that restaurant for having Spanish speaking staff. Jessica was the person who served me. She was a great hostess, she delivered my food very quickly and was attentive to what I needed and I really appreciate that. Thank you Jessica, you are the best. This woman is definitely an example for everyone.“
“Self-ordering was easy and a preferred method for me. They delivered the food to my table pretty quickly. Some areas, especially the play area bathroom, were particularly messy. They really need a worker for cleaning which I didn't notice. I LOVE the play area. It was my kid's first time experiencing that which holds a nostalgic place in my heart. The play area has a toddler space and a climbing obstacle course on 2 levels. They also have a cool light-up table that changes bulb colors when touched. We will definitely visit again. My kids had a blast.
