“I ordered online and received an SMS which said that my order is in the oven. I arrived like 20 minutes later and waited in front of the shop expecting another sms saying my order is ready. That sms never showed up. After sitting in my car for another 30 minutes or so I just went in and guess what my order was long ready and already cold :(“
