Papa John's in Indianapolis

“I've had nothing but great experiences ordering from this Papa John's on Ditch Road. The food is always hot, my orders have been correct, and the customer service has been great every time. The GM is named Lish, does an excellent job, and you can tell the store is being run well. It's nice to order pizza and know you're going to get exactly what you ordered, hot and ready. Definitely one of my go-to locations.“

“Second time ordering here. Ordered a papa bowl yesterday and finally a papa johns that get my order correct and knows how to cook. Delivery was fast. Ordered pizza today and it was made perfectly and cooked perfectly. Was also delivered very fast. I literally hate cooking. Kids get tired of eating microwave meals. “I made a mistake with the pickup time for my order and called in. DJ, the night manager, cancelled the order right away so I wouldn’t be charged. Then when I reordered online, the delivery time got messed up again. DJ immediately caught the second error and called me back, fixed the order for me, and everything was perfect and ready to go the next day. Saved the event I was attending and made a stressful moment extremely painless, I appreciated it so much!“

“Papa John's, although not pizza hut or domino's has the type of pizza you crave when you need savory and sweet. The sweet sauce combined with the bread cheese and toppings does a great pizza make. “Kirsten, As well as her Manager and the rest of the team over at the Shadeland location, we’re absolutely amazing this evening. I had placed an order last night through a delivery service and they completely dropped a ball. Literally had a cat all in my box of pizza That was left on the ground…. I called to the location. “I placed my order online and I got to the restaurant a little bit early and my food was still cooking. There was an associate there named Kirsten. It seemed like she was by herself. She had a big smile and was so friendly. I let her know I was going to wait in my car until the pizza was ready. About 5 minutes later I looked over and she was standing at my car window with my order. I didn't even have to go back in the restaurant. I thought that was really nice of her. 100% will go back to that location. I just moved to a new neighborhood and haven't gone to this location but one other time. Kirsten made my experience a positive one. My medium pizza and breadsticks were cooked to perfection.“

“Been to this location twice recently. Both orders where large orders for my sons birthday and than my daughters birthday. I had no issues on both occasions. The service was good. The food was hot and fresh. I ordered over phone both times and the order was ready for pickup on time and the interaction with the staff went well. We ordered several different kinds of pizza and wings and it was all exactly how I ordered it. The pizzas and wings all tasted good and not one piece of pizza or wings was left after the parties. No wine or beer left either. I can recommend this location to others.“

“I was quite disappointed when I made my order and my points did not get applied, despite my selection to do so, via the app. However, the food arrived shockingly fast and the driver was extremely courteous and had a very positive attitude, a rarity for Indianapolis. If there was a way to have my order corrected and my points applied to the purchase, I would ask that the $20 I paid go to the driver for the exceptional service.I would also like to make the recommendation for adjusting the tip amount after the period of delivery as the standard tip I gave was given under the expectation of a standard delivery and I would have liked the option to update the amount according.“

“Great pizza and fast service. Called in an order on a busy Saturday evening and was told it would be ready in 16 minutes. I thought to myself there’s no way. I arrived at the store 15 minutes later to find that it was indeed ready. Fastest Papa John’s location that I have ever been to! 👍“

“Robert earned an A+++ for customer service! On one of the busiest pizza nights, before the Peach Bowl, this place was packed, with screen after screen of orders. The team was working smoothly and with urgency. Robert showed great leadership by example.“

“Food is great. Drive through option is nice. But I had to wait five minutes at the window just to finally be acknowledged by someone who merely raised a finger through the closed window to let me know it would be another minute. Probably 8 minutes altogether waiting before they asked me my name and promptly handed me two pizzas that had probably been done for 20 minutes and which I had already paid for. Usually my experience there is smoother though.“

“Honestly I had not had pizza from PapaJohns in years but was traveling home and stopped at a location just outside of Chicago.

Me and the spouse split a small pepperoni and the staff there were outstanding and the pizza was well cooked and not too expensive.

Was a great little unexpected side stop after about 12 hours of driving. I will always remember that PapaJohns lol.“
