Papa Johns Pizza is a popular spot with mixed experiences. While the food is good, with pizzas arriving quickly and drivers showing exceptional courtesy, some issues with the ordering process and customer service have been reported. Customers have faced problems with orders not being fulfilled correctly, including one instance where a whole pizza was missing. Additionally, the store's system for handling pickups has been criticized, with customers being forced to wait outside in the cold and struggling to communicate with staff. Despite these issues, the restaurant has shown willingness to apologize and make amends, offering refunds when necessary. Overall, Papa Johns Pizza has potential, but needs to work on streamlining its ordering process and customer service.
