Finally, after several years of wondering if their food was any good, we got to try it out. After celebrating Halloween our stomachs were growling and the Party Truck was parked near where we were parked. We weren’t familiar with the menu and didn’t see one posted on the truck so we ordered 4 carnitas tacos with hot sauce on the side. Definitely some of the best tacos ever and the hot sauce does not disappoint! It is very spicy yet quite flavorful. So glad they are open late on the weekends and so happy to have been able to try their food. We will definitely be back and am going to share our experience with friends and family. Thank you for the delicious food!

Pilis used to be a favorite, but today I ordered food inside the store for pickup at the truck. Someone else accidentally took my food, and 15 minutes later they returned it. The truck worker asked if I could just take the returned food, even though it had been in the other persons possession, opened, and eaten. I said no I wanted fresh. They made me feel so bad about it. When they gave me “my tacos”, they were the wrong meat, but I was too scared to complain. They didn’t give me beans and rice, and I said may I please have it since I ordered it, and she got even more upset. 50 minutes and $29 later, I had the wrong food. I likely won’t go back. Super sad about this :(

Decided to pop in today for a quick bite, and let me tell you. I am absolutely amazed. I ordered a burrito, nothing fancy, but the flavors are spot on. Fresh Pico, salsa, and crema brought me back to my time in Southern California. Easily the most authentic Mexican food I have had in years! Kudos to Pili's, I am definitely going to be making this spot a regular on my lunch rotations!

Ordered nachos from the food truck and there wasn't any queso cheese sauce on it they said they didn't have any more so paid almost 15 dollars for chips meat and a little bit of shredded cheese. What a joke and a disappointment. If you cant provide what you are selling don't offer and over price.

Extremely disappointed. I had heard a lot of nice things about Pilis. I will not go back. Very little meat all lettuce. Waste of my money.

Authentic food, excellent service, and best of all it’s just as good as it was the first time I went! Truly a local gem.

Fantastic chicken street tacos! Wish I would have ordered more. ❤️ The mild salsa was perfection! Amazing taste, wish I would have bought a bottle of it!
