Finally, after several years of wondering if their food was any good, we got to try it out. After celebrating Halloween our stomachs were growling and the Party Truck was parked near where we were parked. We weren’t familiar with the menu and didn’t see one posted on the truck so we ordered 4 carnitas tacos with hot sauce on the side. Definitely some of the best tacos ever and the hot sauce does not disappoint! It is very spicy yet quite flavorful. So glad they are open late...
Decided to pop in today for a quick bite, and let me tell you. I am absolutely amazed. I ordered a burrito, nothing fancy, but the flavors are spot on. Fresh Pico, salsa, and crema brought me back to my time in Southern California. Easily the most authentic Mexican food I have had in years! Kudos to Pili's, I am definitely going to be making this spot a regular on my lunch rotations!
We recently had Pili’s Party Taco cater our wedding rehearsal in Brown County (Nashville, IN), and they exceeded all our expectations! The food was absolutely amazing, with a delicious variety that included tacos, quesadillas, burritos, and taco salad. Everything was fresh and oh so flavorful.
