The servers do not get the tips that you write down for them. It is held back and then split with the servers who work the most hours. This means that no matter how much you like your server, if they didn't work the most hours that cycle, they are not going to see that tip. Bring cash so they can get the tips you want them to have! Other than that, everything was great! As a server, I want to make sure that people are aware of this before attending. Some college students do not have the luxury of being at the mercy of the work schedule.“
