“Beautiful, spacious modern decor. Impressed by the esthetic from the moment of entering. Food was excellent. Got the baby beet salad. Very good, but I think the beets (fewer perhaps) should’ve been chopped into smaller pieces with more strawberries and greenery. Very filling. I had the roasted eggplant for my entree. Wonderfully seasoned, served over a bed of white rice. I would definitely get it again. My desert choice was the blueberry cheesecake. Scrumptious! The staff was very friendly and efficient. Will definitely go back. Nice outdoor patio area as well. Thumbs up!“

“I love this place. Truly, wholly love this place. I come here with my friends, my family, and my boyfriend and we have never once had an issue over the two years of frequent visits. They're always quick to get us started on our meal and we never have a bad time — it's always great when I come here! It is "pricey" to some people's standards, but that's because you come to eat in a highly social setting with fresh-made sushi and high quality ingredients. You would spend the same amount eating at any other restaurant, including chains like Texas Roadhouse. You should expect to spend at least $30 per person for the Hot Pot & Sushi combined experience — but I highly recommend bringing someone along! It is such a fun experience and all of the employees are friendly and very attentive. I look forward to every visit!

I really like the limited menu, which allows the cooks to focus on quality of the dish. Excellent weekend spot for a peaceful Sunday brunch. Great bar menu, friendly staff, delicious food. Today was whipped feta plate appetizer, house-made veggie burger wrap, fish tacos with a delicious aioli, spicy beans with plenty of cumin, and a Raspberry Beret.

They're always consistently good food, well-managed at their counter, and reasonably priced for a small business serving international cuisine. Their sauces are really good for their bibimbap, and their proteins are tasty.“

“If you are in need of a new place for comfort food. This is it. I only stay in Bloomington for college, and was recommended this place by friends. I genuinely don't think they have one bad item on the menu. So fresh, and everything is made quick. My favorite is the soonsal fried chicken...actually mouthwatering. “Not a huge buffet but what they had was tasty and the price was very reasonable. They have most of the standard buffet items. The seafood bake was especially good. I burned my mouth on the crab Rangoon (my fault), the hot & sour soup was passable and the green beans were bright green and delicious. The egg rolls are good for buffet fare but no egg foo young, some buffets have it, but not this one. The main dishes didn’t all taste the same. They had both vegetables and meat in them unlike some that leave out the veggies for some reason. The spicy pork had hot peppers in it if you want the heat but the sauce itself wasn’t spicy. The pepper steak was good, the beef was tender and the green pepper and onion wasn’t missing or over cooked. The chicken in every dish was good, for example, the sweet and sour chicken which is deep fried in batter was moist inside as were all the different deep fried dishes. I’d say this was the most outstanding quality of this buffet, moist tender meats in all their dishes. Lastly, they have the regular inedible dessert items which I always skip but they had the best hand scooped ice cream I’ve had at a cheap Chinese buffet.

We were (my wife and I) so impressed and satisfied after our first time eating here, we came back the next day.

Another plus, unlike some buffets that getcha with the beverage charge, this buffet includes your beverage. I love that too.

Sorry, closed on Mondays. Found this out last Monday when we wanted to go there again. We live about 40 minutes away so when we have some other reason to go to Bloomington, we go out to eat. But not here on a Monday. You’ve been warned you.

Parking: Huge parking lot.

Kid-friendliness: There were lots of families with children and I think there was a child’s buffet price. (I could be wrong but based on the fact that we got a senior discount, I think I saw a child’s meal listed too but after I saw I could get 10% off for being old, I kinda stopped reading)

Wheelchair accessibility: Outside from the parking lot there are ramps to get on the store front sidewalks. There is a door threshold as you come in but not impassable for a wheel chair. Once inside you’ll be able to navigate easily and if your chair fits a standard table height, you’ll be sitting pretty. Serving yourself in a wheelchair from a buffet sounds difficult to me but I’ve never had to do it. Your experience and available assistance to help serve are up to you to judge. It’s accessible but it’s a buffet.“

“Pizza X is arguably my favorite pizza joint in town. They have a lot of different toppings as well as different sauces to choose from. My favorite thing to do is create my own pizza, usually with a pesto sauce, chicken, Roma tomatoes, banana peppers, pineapple, spinach, and bacon. Because I can make any weird combination I like, haha. Most recently I had the nacho man Randy sausage featured pizza of the month and it was really good, and even aesthetically pleasing. They load toppings well, and never disappoint. Their nacho cheese is my absolute favorite to get from any pizza place. I’m not sure if it’ll let me upload the picture I have, but if it does you’ll see it.“

“Okay, the curb appeal of this place is not the best, but don't let that stop you from going to King Gyros! I hadn't been here for a while, and decided to stop and try the drive-thru. I am so glad I did! The menu here offers a lot of variety to make the whole family happy. My personal favorites are the fried mushrooms and the Gyros. Once I told my husband to try the drive through here, I have been finding their receipts in his car at least once a week! LOL! I'm always taken a little aback when they take my order because they never write it down. Somehow, they always get it right. Everything is made when you order it.
