“Beautiful, spacious modern decor. Impressed by the esthetic from the moment of entering. Food was excellent. Got the baby beet salad. Very good, but I think the beets (fewer perhaps) should’ve been chopped into smaller pieces with more strawberries and greenery. Very filling. I had the roasted eggplant for my entree. Wonderfully seasoned, served over a bed of white rice. I would definitely get it again. My desert choice was the blueberry cheesecake. Scrumptious! The staff was very friendly and efficient. Will definitely go back. Nice outdoor patio area as well. Thumbs up!“

“The BEST Birria I’ve had since Mexico. I think this might actually be better than my favourite places in Mexico. This place is not flavourless or Tex-Mex…this is legit. The portion are massive. “I love this place. Truly, wholly love this place. I come here with my friends, my family, and my boyfriend and we have never once had an issue over the two years of frequent visits. They're always quick to get us started on our meal and we never have a bad time — it's always great when I come here! It is "pricey" to some people's standards, but that's because you come to eat in a highly social setting with fresh-made sushi and high quality ingredients. You would spend the same amount eating at any other restaurant, including chains like Texas Roadhouse. You should expect to spend at least $30 per person for the Hot Pot & Sushi combined experience — but I highly recommend bringing someone along! It is such a fun experience and all of the employees are friendly and very attentive. I look forward to every visit!

It was still warm when I arrived at work and was literally end to end flavor. I made many co-workers jealous when they walked through and saw my lunch! “Scenic View has been around for years and offers an elevated pub-style menu. Beautiful view of Lake Monroe with ample outdoor seating under roof, or umbrella. I really like the limited menu, which allows the cooks to focus on quality of the dish. Excellent weekend spot for a peaceful Sunday brunch. Great bar menu, friendly staff, delicious food. Today was whipped feta plate appetizer, house-made veggie burger wrap, fish tacos with a delicious aioli, spicy beans with plenty of cumin, and a Raspberry Beret.

They're always consistently good food, well-managed at their counter, and reasonably priced for a small business serving international cuisine. Their sauces are really good for their bibimbap, and their proteins are tasty.“

“Was visiting Bloomington for an IU football game and we hung out at The Tap to watch. Great atmosphere with fun music, and despite being busy, our server was super attentive!! The tap fries were a perfect shareable for the table. I also really enjoyed and would recommend the haystack burger and celestia beer!“

“If you are in need of a new place for comfort food. This is it. I only stay in Bloomington for college, and was recommended this place by friends. I genuinely don't think they have one bad item on the menu. So fresh, and everything is made quick. My favorite is the soonsal fried chicken...actually mouthwatering. “Okay, the curb appeal of this place is not the best, but don't let that stop you from going to King Gyros! I hadn't been here for a while, and decided to stop and try the drive-thru. I am so glad I did! The menu here offers a lot of variety to make the whole family happy. My personal favorites are the fried mushrooms and the Gyros. Once I told my husband to try the drive through here, I have been finding their receipts in his car at least once a week! LOL! I'm always taken a little aback when they take my order because they never write it down. Somehow, they always get it right. Everything is made when you order it. Everything we have tried has been delicious! Seriously, you've got to try this place! You will keep going back like we do.“
