“My girlfriend and I were 2 hours from home when we ordered here and our order went to our home store by accident.

Not only were they kind enough to remake our food for us willingly, but they were also working with even less help than was scheduled because they were fighting through a FLOOD inside their store.

They did everything they could and had atleast 1 employee with a squeegee at all times trying to push as much water back outside as they could.

The GM even appeared to be coming in on her day off to help support her staff so they could keep themselves afloat (literally) through the lunch rush.

I’m so impressed and even more thankful for this crew that helped us through such a stressful moment they were experiencing.

“There was a long wait to have our order taken, but crew member was very apologetic and had great rapport. Drink and food order was correct and fresh. Giving 4* on McDonald's scale. The pickup window area seemed cramped and cluttered (as a design feature), and apparently the soda machine also went down while we were there (got iced teas).“
