“I absolutely love Crumbl cookie so much so that we are having them catered for our wedding! I will say though, the manager for this location was quite rude to my fiance and I when we came in to place our 200+ catering order. We ended up working very closely with one of the bakers - so incredible nice - she deserves a promotion in my opinion!“

“Looked online to find an authentic French baguette. Sent my husband on a 20 minute drive to buy a loaf. The lady on the phone said that their baker had learned to make the baguettes in France so they were indeed authentic. Husband returned with a $5.00 loaf and when I cut into the very small loaf, it looked like a whole grain piece of bread fom Kroger or Fresh Market. It did not taste like a French loaf nor did it have the texture of a French baguette. So disappointed in the whole experience and will definitely not return for bread!“

Pastries 🥐 are REALLY good and super fresh baked! Not too sweet and with a real European taste.

Also the cappuccino is very good, hot enough and a delicious coffee.

I had for the first time the Tiramisu Latte and WOW it was a dream!!! It remembered me home holidays in Italy 🇮🇹

Ps. I only wished the white chairs were cleaner. But I sit on the brown leather ones 😅“

“I had a last minute change in Thanksgiving plans and needed a bread for my Celiac girls. I found Lydia and placed a last minute order. Let me tell you the croissants were fantastic! I sent the few we didn’t eat with our meal on the 6 hr drive back to TN and she called to say thy made the perfect snack on her drive! We will definitely be ordering more and trying new things!“

“Our custom cookies looked amazing! They were so detailed and absolutely adorable! Donel did a fantastic job of matching them to the theme of the shower! They were super yummy too! Highly recommend!“

“I purchased cakes from classic cakes for many many many years when my children were smaller and then into adulthood for birthdays, graduations, and other events. The cakes were always delicious and beautiful however, there is one designer that does not listen to what you ask for. When you tell her, the team colors are red, she made the cake green. When I told her I needed a sculpture of a specific dog and even sent a picture she made it anything but that dog. I realize that a certain amount of artistic license goes into this, but there were at least 10 times when the cakes were not what was ordered, and I didn’t say anything because I needed to pick them up and take them to the event the day that I picked them up and what do you do when the cake is wrong and you need it that day? Everybody said the cakes tasted good so we were fine, but it is disappointing to not get what you ordered.“

“I cannot recommend this place enough. Doordash messed up an order and the owners were absolutely insistent on making it right, going so far as to drop off the order themselves at my home. Such heart!!“

“This is one of my favorite places to get a sweet treat! I have Celiac disease and I also prefer to eat Vegan if possible and they offer plenty of options for both of those hurdles!

The shop is too cute, it makes me want to hang out in there forever! The staff is also amazing, I usually stop by in the early afternoon and the awesome girl at the counter always asks me what I am looking forward to that day. Such amazing people in an amazing shop with such delicious, inclusive treats!“
