“When I tell you I love this place. You have no idea I live about 2 hours away and will make a trip JUST to go here and eat. The burgers are fun unique and so appetizing. My mouth waters just looking at the pics. The fries are to DIE FOR! And if you like Garlic Aoli its only like .50 cents if I remember right to add it“

“Came in with a group, we had the upstairs room then told we had to be gone by 7pm We reserved the room at 515. So with that said, servers ok. Food came at 645. Manager told the group that we need to be out by then. 7pm because it was reserved for another group at 7. He told us that the staff didn’t inform him about it. Really kinda not our problem at that time. We were 30+ strong. Kids and all. I walked out at 715. Doesn’t seem right. Not mad but a concern with staff and communication. Food good, service ok, slow at times , restaurant was not totally full. I could see open tables. Yes I would come back, but come on. The manager should have known of the situation and made a plan B the weather was in the 70’s they could have used the courtyard. Ok sorry done.“

I tried ELK for the first time and the marshmallow sauce with the sweet potato waffle fries were SPOT ON, delicious!!! An experience I’ll never forget! “A solid new spot in downtown Carmel! It's a pretty small restaurant, so it can get crowded pretty quickly—plan accordingly. They maximize seating space with booths, bar tops, and bar seating, plus a nice covered patio in the back which is a great perk. The atmosphere is loud and fun (tons of TVs and memorabilia!), and the food was good as was the service.“

“Your website trip advisor list them closed before 11 o’clock and they are not - they are open till midnight every night so TripAdvisor you need to sort that out they are not closed at 10 or 11 they’re open till midnight every night -all of the Applebees on the north side of Indy“

“I was wondering why my mobile ordering wasn’t going through, and I realized I made the mistake of selecting the wrong restaurant to pick up from (accidentally selected the 146th St. location). The manager at this location (King) was behind gracious to take my order and put a rush on the prep. Exemplary customer service and definitely will be back many more times in the future!“

“Traveling from Michigan and came across Upland Brewing. Stopped in for a beer and a quick snack. The Juiced in Time Haze IPA and Two of Tarts sour were both amazing. The staff were great! And the food was tasty, we will definitely be back and highly recommend if you’re in the area.“

“In my opinion, the best all around hamburger in the world. I’ve eaten them in seven different countries and consistency is premium with this company. Get the same thing you’d expect in every single country you visit them in.

“Not only is the food a step above what you see in any other fast food place, but the service is as well. They are very friendly the entire time and knowledgeable with their recommendations. They are quick, accurate, and efficient with their service. My order is hardly ever wrong, but if it is, I trust that they will take care of me. The dining room is always clean and lively, and their outdoor seating is very nice. Would highly recommend this location to anybody.“

“We were hungry and it was a long day so we stopped here because it was easy. I was shocked. The food was delicious we had burgers and a ribeye sandwich. I have zero complaints. Quality beef. Flavorful. And for the price it was even more amazing. We will come back for sure. It’s also a great grocery store if you haven’t been.“

“The food was served quickly. They weren't very busy so it was quiet. The burgers were fantastic as well as the gluten free bun!! It is very hard to find decent gluten free breads and we weren't disappointed. The kids enjoyed the root beer floats as well as their balloons to go.

Omar gave great customer service. His thoughtful attitude and attentiveness were appreciated. As a person with professional background in dietary management and corporate matrix governance merchandising I was impressed by this particular location’s unique ambiance and charm.

I was surprised by the lack of patronage represented by volume at the time of my visit. This phenomenon seems to be reflected in the overall price point increase for this particular franchise deterring a larger volume of patrons. The employees behind the counter (master chef included) took the time to come out from behind the kitchen and make their presence known and say hello to me. The manager took the time to ensure the dining area was clean and comfortable for me.

The staff could be heard communicating in a joyful manner while they were preparing the two orders— one for the drive through and one for the dining area. This observation was reassuring to me professionally. I plan to return and bring a group for meetings, as the layout is conducive to this particular need with respect to quality control and customer satisfaction to guarantee that they return on a predictable schedule.

Overall this location sets itself apart from the other nearby competitor as the modern cleanliness and quality standards of the staff are self-evidently superior by their demonstration of responsibility reflecting in their purposeful shared attentive atmosphere culture.“
