“Food was pretty good.
Ordered my steak Medium Well.
Plate was full of blood/juice/grease. (should have been a clue). My steak was red inside -probable cooked Rare.
They took it back and then over cooked it, of course.“

“Fantastic food with fantastic service. All orders are made fresh and to order. They've recently added shakes to this location.
Parking: Location shares lot with Plaza and parking is usually ample. Due to the Chick-fil-A being next door, it is often difficult to get there.“

“Amazing experience here! Came late and got perfect food and service from the store manager! She was so nice and even replaced our ice cream bc my friend just didn’t like that flavor. The food was so delicious as always. Also the music they play is so great so many throwback songs. We were jamming to the Macarena haha. Thank you!“

“I was wondering why my mobile ordering wasn’t going through, and I realized I made the mistake of selecting the wrong restaurant to pick up from (accidentally selected the 146th St. location). The manager at this location (King) was behind gracious to take my order and put a rush on the prep. Exemplary customer service and definitely will be back many more times in the future!“

Omar gave great customer service. His thoughtful attitude and attentiveness were appreciated. As a person with professional background in dietary management and corporate matrix governance merchandising I was impressed by this particular location’s unique ambiance and charm.
I was surprised by the lack of patronage represented by volume at the time of my visit. This phenomenon seems to be reflected in the overall price point increase for this particular franchise deterring a larger volume of patrons. The employees behind the counter (master chef included) took the time to come out from behind the kitchen and make their presence known and say hello to me. The manager took the time to ensure the dining area was clean and comfortable for me.
The staff could be heard communicating in a joyful manner while they were preparing the two orders— one for the drive through and one for the dining area. This observation was reassuring to me professionally. I plan to return and bring a group for meetings, as the layout is conducive to this particular need with respect to quality control and customer satisfaction to guarantee that they return on a predictable schedule.
Overall this location sets itself apart from the other nearby competitor as the modern cleanliness and quality standards of the staff are self-evidently superior by their demonstration of responsibility reflecting in their purposeful shared attentive atmosphere culture.“

“The food was served quickly. They weren't very busy so it was quiet. The burgers were fantastic as well as the gluten free bun!! It is very hard to find decent gluten free breads and we weren't disappointed. The kids enjoyed the root beer floats as well as their balloons to go.

“Came in with a group, we had the upstairs room then told we had to be gone by 7pm We reserved the room at 515. So with that said, servers ok. Food came at 645. Manager told the group that we need to be out by then. 7pm because it was reserved for another group at 7. He told us that the staff didn’t inform him about it. Really kinda not our problem at that time. We were 30+ strong. Kids and all. I walked out at 715. Doesn’t seem right. Not mad but a concern with staff and communication. Food good, service ok, slow at times , restaurant was not totally full. I could see open tables. Yes I would come back, but come on. The manager should have known of the situation and made a plan B the weather was in the 70’s they could have used the courtyard. Ok sorry done.“
