Fusion 9 Indian Bar & Eatery offers delicious, high-quality food with fresh ingredients. The menu has a massive number of choices, including lamb vindaloo, saag paneer, garlic naan, fried mixed vegetables, and fresh cooked dossa. The buffet is a great deal, even serving water bottles. Food is extremely flavorful and palatable to both Veg and Meat lovers. Portions are generous. Be aware that mild is a little spicier than mild, and medium ranges a little warmer than similar places. Nine spice kickers are hot, but the fried crunch and seasoning is excellent. Service is amazing, prompt, and pleasant, with very friendly and genuine staff who go above and beyond. The atmosphere is comfortable. A definite go back.
