“We were first timers at Frank's and very pleasently surprised. We got the roast beef sandwich... Delish! and pulled pork sandwich. With the good selection of BBQ sauces on the table, it was nice to try a couple different options. I stopped at the 50/50 sauce. It's a perfect blend. I would say some of the very best I've ever had. We definitely see why Frank's is so popular. Great portions and flavor like nothing we have had in the past. The service was extremely friendly and fast. Our food came out piping hot. Great experience and we will be back. One thing I would warn, if you order hot peppers/giardiniera it is VERY hot. I think it should come with a warning 🙂 You would be smart to order it on the side and taste it first 🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️.“

“The pulled pork and mac & cheese is so good! The Chicago Sweet BBQ sauce is our favorite! Their blueberry cobbler is heavenly...literally like grandma just pulled it right outta the oven! The atmosphere is unique and loved the toolbox for the lids, cups, etc. The staff is super friendly and they routinely picked up trays, trash, and every table looked fully stocked with bbq sauce and paper towel. Definitely one of our most favorite bbq joints!“

“Served us excellent BBQ dinner with high-quality, tasty meats (brisket, pulled pork, and turkey). Very unique tasting BBQ beans, Brussel sprouts were flavorful, and we even enjoyed the Cole slaw. We really enjoy SPICY BBQ sauce and both the Bombers (HOT) and ATOMIC (VERY HOT) did not disappoint. Good portion sizes and we even had meat leftover, which was still very tasty for the next morning's breakfast.

Nice decor with the beverage tap wall and pinball machines in the back. Staff was friendly.“

“Catfish dinner was perfectly cooked, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Still piping hot when I got home. Fries were delicious. A real side of coleslaw, not just a tiny pill cup. My dinner was packaged with care. Even gave me hand wipes, packaged plastic ware and REAL napkins, not flimsy toilet paper squares. First time customers get a free drink. I will definitely return. Very clean.“

“We were hesitant about trying this restaurant after moving into the neighborhood. Reading the reviews helped. 😲 when I say this food was 🔥, we devoured the large turkey tips w/hot links. Everything was hot and fresh! Fries were still crispy with the sauce on them! Turkey was melt in ur mouth delicious 😋. No leftovers, we ate it all in one sitting. Woo woods is our new bbq joint! “We typically love it here. However, we had an easily avoidable issue yesterday. The app only allows the "call ahead" for up to 6. We had a party of 12. So, we called the location to ask if they could accommodate a party of 12. We kept getting placed on hold by 3 different employees only to be told they can't give a time estimate until we are physically there (15+minutes btw of employee after employee). Okay, we pack up and head there. After arriving we are told they can't even sit the 12 of us together and it's a 1.5 hour wait. What a WASTE of OUR time. I understand the wait is based on the customer traffic. But if you guys know you can't sit 12 together, TELL US OVER THE DAM PHONE!!!!!!“

“The Crown Point location is great. I prefer their food over any of their other locations. Not sure if it's because it's the newest site to open but I hope that the quality of the food and service does not change. A solid 4 stars!“

For our meals, we ordered the ribeye steak and the country fried steak. Both entrées were seasoned well and cooked just right. The country fried steak was equally satisfying—crispy on the outside, tender inside, and paired perfectly with rich, savory gravy. Portions were generous and filling, especially for a lunch meal.

“I had dinner here a few days ago and it was a wonderful experience , from the delicious food , to the excellent service.
I ordered the half rack of ribs and broccoli , and sweet potato , my friend had the salmon , broccoli , and fries , and we both had salads.
Everything was cooked perfectly and the service was perfect
