Best Mexican. Some of the key points that make them great are in the details. For instance, a lot of Mexican restaurants will go heavy on the onion in pico. There is a good ratio of tomato and onion, beautifully chopped. What the says is, they are willing to make the investment in taste, rather than saying, they have it and providing it at a cheaper cost to them (lots of restaurants go heavy on the onion, a much cheaper ingredient).
