We were a party of three on Sunday January 11th at around 730 (when we were seated). I had checked in online to be put into the waiting line (@6:30) 50 minutes-1hour wait, that’s fine. But we get there and are waiting around to get the text, while the “teenagers” at the front at the time were playing on their phones, not acknowledging guests. After receiving a text to gather my party, I never heard anything again.
Went tonight with my daughter. Our server was Gabby. I had went to the restroom & came back I’d say about 10 minutes. I sat down and we waited an hour before she came to take our order. She said “I was waiting for you to come out of the restroom”. She was sitting behind my daughter talking to an older gentleman for the hour we waited.
