I just left the Auntie Ann's in the greentree Mall and had the BEST service. There were 3 workers and they were all so nice. Especially the sweet, beautiful woman that rang me up. The pretzels were delicious.
out of everything we asked for. couldn’t even get the words out for the drink and the employee said they were out. so terrible customer service. only reason i’m giving two stars is because the pretzel bites tasted good. i felt like the employee didn’t even want to be talking to us or be at work. i drove and hour and a half to go to this pretzel store. very disappointed :(

AMAZING!!!? give them a raise! This is the THIRD location I have visited today and the FIRST location I could actually make a purchase. Thats crazy in January when stores need the most revenue.
