Staff is always friendly, food is piping hot, freshly made to order and DELICIOUS!!
Finally got to try the NEW iced coffee, I got vanilla, it was a tad too sweet for me but glad they finally got into the iced coffee game.
My must have is the double loaded omelette!!!!

“These beautiful girls helped me with my food today. They were the fastest and kindest people I’ve ever talked to. They made ordering so easy and were always happy to fetch me what I needed. They always helped with a big smile on their face. If you ever see them working register, make sure they take your order. They will take amazing care of you. Their names are Kenzie and Anabella. “Typically I love BK, and I understand we are in a pandemic right now and smaller staff, but I wish you would take a little more Pride in what you serve. The chicken nuggets were either cooked in very very old grease or they were over cooked A LOT. I’m going to try to include pics. There is one that looks good but the others are all bad.“

“I really think that Sonic is about the best fast food out there. But Plainfield Sonic is just exceptionally well done. I order using my app and I can pull up and get my food just immediately. It is hot and tasty. Things are always done neatly with the food in the bag in a way that shows caring for your order. They always include napkins and condiments without asking. They just are doing a better job and I wanted to acknowledge that. The smasher burgers are fantastic. The tots are always wonderful. The drinks are cold and the crunchy ice is perfect. I also love Styrofoam cups because my drink stays cold all day. They're just smashing it!“

“Usually solid service. The food is what you’d expect from McDonald’s. My biggest complaint is when the drive through employee ask you to go park at the numbered sign so they can bring the food out to you later. I get it’s busy but it frustrates me.“
