“I am not usually inclined to leave a review, but I feel as tonight's visit warrants a call out. As a parent that has a child with a gluten allergy we know the struggles of finding places out to eat. We have had Azzip a few times, but have always ordered ahead of time online then drove to the store to pick it up. This evening, we found ourselves out on errands and in the area and decided Azzip had been a safe choice in the past so we made our way there. The store was not busy, but there people ahead of us and behind us and I felt the protocol followed didn't slow the process terribly but I want to commend the staff for taking it seriously. What I witnessed: 2 people working the line making the pizza on the "ingredients" side of the oven. my kid informed them of the gluten free need and they asked if it was preference or allergy. my kid informed them of allergy. they cleared the line of the previous pizza being made once cleared, they stripped their gloves and cleaned the work space and the sauce bottle my kid wanted on their pizza a cooking mat from a separate area was produced and the cauliflower crust requested was added all the toppings requested were added then the pizza was placed in the oven. there was communication to the receiving team member that an allergen pizza was coming afterwards, my other kid and my pizza were started only after the 1st was placed in the oven. after the gluten free pizza came out of the oven, I noticed the cutting instrument was different than what was used for the other pizzas we ordered. Our experiences thus far is many people don't understand what Celiac disease is and how gluten can harm the body of those affected. It is more than just the ingredients consumed; cross contamination is the true problem. Seeing the team execute the procedure with care warmed my heart as I know it takes a lot of effort to create the process, then train to it and then to follow it. My appreciation to the team! We will definitely be back!“

This 100% halal, Muslim- and Black-owned spot is doing some amazing things with pizza, and my husband and I are already planning our next visit. As a pescatarian, I was so excited to see their Shrimp Curry Pizza on the menu – something you definitely don’t see every day. My husband ordered the Jerk Chicken Pizza, and let me tell you, the food was beyond delicious. The shrimp was perfectly cooked, the curry flavor was on point, and the portions? Hearty and satisfying! By my third slice, I was full – which is rare for most pizza spots. We couldn’t even wait to get home. We parked and enjoyed the pizza in the car (it’s that good). “Love their breadsticks. Got the budzza(stuffed pizza) for the first time last night. Two slices and one breadstick and I was so full I could barely walk back to the car. Price isn’t bad either. I spent less on the pizza, full order of sticks and 3 drinks than I did at Taco Bell.“

Picked up an order of nachos today to go and ask for chips on the side. while I was waiting for my order… I watched a kid try to fit chips in to a pizza box several times, crushing chips. Then, moved to a bag but the actual nachos was too hot for a bag. He moved back to the nachos in pizza box and chips in separate bag. When my name came up and I realized this is my order, I asked for new unbroken bag of chips and the kid denied crushing my chips. He even asked why I didn’t stop him if I was sitting there watching him. I said I didn’t know it was my order but I thought it might be. All happened to fast. The rest was a huge ordeal and truly sucked just for asking for new chips that weren’t broken.“

We chose to sit outside, in the back, as it was a nice evening, service was quick and efficient, pizza was great but don't order the boneless chicken wings, like we did, as an appetizer. What a wasted $9.99! The wings were microwaved and tasted like what you'd buy in the freezer section at the grocery store! Very disappointing. Stick to just pizza because they know how to make a good pizza, although they left off one of the toppings, but after we let our waitress know, they discounted the bill a bit. “Had a blast eating here. The food was not only some of the best pizza I've ever had, but the staff and service were out of this world. We ordered two of their specialty pizzas which were the ballsagna and the party fowl. Both were incredibly good pizzas. We came in to pick up our order and decided to get their special edition cups and the employee only charged us for 1 of the 2 of them. When we got back to the hotel, we noticed they also threw in an entire extra order of bread sticks on the house. The restaurant itself was cozy and felt like a small hometown pizza joint, not some large pizza chain. It's such a great place and I couldn't recommend them enough.“

“Whoever was working on NYE’s eve the night before January 1st, 2026. It was a young man and a woman. Give them everything, they deserve it all. My tongue has never been graced by quite a delicacy. And that is just for the pizza, don’t get me started on the mozz slices. The flavor packed in each slice, for both items. The soft yet firm doughey texture of the pizza. When you think of pizza, you think of yummy stretchy cheese - this was just that. Not only will I be back, and I’ll be back often, but I’m telling everyone I know.“

“If you go during the week it isn't bad and we often are one of the few families there. During the summer it is a little more crowded any day with school being out. Avoid the weekends if you can. Unless your idea of a fun weekend is being constantly annoyed. There are just too many people and not enough workers. Would have given 5 stars if the guy that works on weekday evenings had any semblance of a decent personality. He is the one almost always stamping hands when you go in. Acts agitated at any questions asked and just shouldn't be working in that industry. Still I recommend going, but only at 3 pm - 4 pm and leaving by 7pm or 8 at the latest on Mon, Tues, Wed or Thurs evenings. If you stick to that, you generally should have a good time and the kids can play whatever games they like.“
