We prefer the other Dairy Queen in our town to this one. The other store gives free pup cups and this one does not. That’s the main reason we will go to that store over this one every time. On the rare occasion we come to this one we do notice that the blizzards have more mix-ins in them, so that’s nice. However, the seats are disgusting. Extremely over due for a redo. The pictures are of different booths.
Was having some problems with door dash and Alicia helped me multiple times through the process couldn't ask for a better person to answer the phone 5 stars
Excellent place to get milkshakes. Great Moo lattes. Very friendly staff.

The staff is quick with orders, usually taking about 3 to 5 minutes, and the cashiers are very helpful. A friendly manager is often available for assistance, making the experience more enjoyable.
However, parking can be challenging at times. While most food arrives hot, there have been occasions where double burgers and fries were not hot when served, and some mobile orders may get lost, though staff are willing to help and issue refunds if needed. The drive-through service is efficient, with correct orders and extra ketchup and napkins provided, and wait times are generally short. Overall, customers appreciate the good customer service and the friendly atmosphere.
