“First time at Phoshiki since new ownership. Ordered 2 extra large rare beef pho and 2 teriyaki pork kids meals. The food was still as delicious as before. Appreciated the amount of beef given for the pho. Kids enjoyed their meals as well. Don't care for the price increase, but who does lol. I appreciate that the food was still good despite the price increase. One concern for me was the Sriracha sauce. It was NOT Sriracha sauce. It looked and tasted like cocktail sauce. When we discussed this with one of the employees, she defensively insisted that it was Sriracha sauce and they didn't have cocktail sauce at their restaurant. The taste was sweet and very similar to horseradish which tastes very similar to a traditional cocktail sauce. For me, there's nothing like eating a bowl of pho with good Sriracha sauce. I'm sad this wasn't the case yesterday. We managed with just the hoisin sauce. Would I go back? Probably, but I'll still be upset they don't have Sriracha sauce.“
