“Whoever is working the Saturday Afternoon shift (7-6-24) at the Connersville location has got their stuff together! HUGE shout out to that team. We had a *Very specific* order via the app and they not only made sure it was 100% correct, but they made it GOOD - like old school tacobell good. We could tell our order was made with Care. They even marked out items to help tell what was what. They were polite, nice, and professional. Literally the best TB order I've had in Years. Well done! Dear management- That shift team deserves a raise. THANK YOU!“

“We had the shredded chicken quesadillas as an appetizer and for entrées, Burrito Gigante and Enchiladas Supremas.
The food was good but the service was amazing. Our server, Mitzio (pronounced "me 't zu", was extremely professional and appropriately attentive.
As a former service on several different weight staffs, I know what I speak.
Often these days at most places, I'm actually appalled at the low level of service and professionalism.
But this guy really keeps the bar high, where it ought to be.
10/10, highly recommend requesting Mitzio for your server.
Gold Standard for sure!
Make sure you tip him well. He sets a grand example and deserves it.“
