Absolutely the best bbq in Indiana. Brisket is flavorful and juicy, ribs were meaty and juicy. Sausage and smoke turkey was amazing. Highly recommend.
I never knew there was something missing from arguably the best thing ever to come out of Italy, but today I was enlightened. Smoked lasagna. I never knew until tonight what I was missing, but thanks to Jefferson St. BBQ I can never quite look at oven baked lasagna the same way. 10/10. Hit or cold it's still delicious.

Jefferson Street BBQ & Catering is an incredible place. The food is cooked and seasoned perfectly, with every single item being spot on. The turkey Manhattan is a favorite and never disappoints, while the loaded baked potato is the absolute best. The 3 Meat Flight is tender and smoky deliciousness, and the Wedge Salad is the best ever. The brisket sandwich with sweet BBQ sauce is excellent. The cocktails are wonderful. The service is friendly, quick, and exceptional, with staff like Dezaree, Drew, and Taylor providing great service. They catered a daughter's wedding, which was delicious, and were helpful and accommodating with date changes. The food is always delicious.
