Three of us dined to night and all the surf and turf... excellent! We started with a large platter of onion rings. All of our steaks were cooked exactly as ordered. The side salads were great... not just lettuce but mixed greens with ham, egg, cheese, beets and croutons. We each had a different side (waffle fries, baked mac and cheese and1 brussel sprouts.) and all three were good. Service was excellent! I've eaten at The Local a few times now and have never been disappointed!! This place, in my opinion, is best place in the Covington area to eat!! Keep doing what you're doing!!??

We went here for the first time this evening! The service was amazing! The waitress was very friendly, and the food was phenomenal! I got the Filet with waffle fries and a salad, my husband got the Prime rib with a baked potato and salad! Literally EVERYTHING was so good! We can’t wait to go back!
