“The quality of our local steak and shakes have significantly improved along with the staff. Much cleaner, tastes better, and even seems more filling than it used to. On top of that the new company policies like banning microwaves, beef tallow for their fried goods, and grass fed beef for the burgers. It went downhill a while ago but I can definitely say it has done a complete 360 and has honestly been one of our families favorite quick fast food locations now. Definitely better than McDonald's.“

“I went here for a work related lunch with 2 other people. Our server was very quick to the table, gave us time to look at the menu, chat a bit and the food came out quickly. He even didn't even mind that we sat around and talked after we were done eating. He was a great server!! I don't remember his name though!!“

“I truly wish that McDonald's would go back to the way they used to look when they originated. And quit adding stuff to the menu. They are slow enough without adding more items. I do wish the staff had better personalities. They do not smile and they are not happy to be there. Obviously McDonald's is not doing their employees right. Oh and also where the hell is Ronald McDonald? He was one of the major things that kids enjoyed when I was younger.“
