The quality of our local steak and shakes have significantly improved along with the staff. Much cleaner, tastes better, and even seems more filling than it used to. On top of that the new company policies like banning microwaves, beef tallow for their fried goods, and grass fed beef for the burgers. It went downhill a while ago but I can definitely say it has done a complete 360 and has honestly been one of our families favorite quick fast food locations now. Definitely better...read full review
The best Steak N Shake we have ever been to. Everytime we come, the staff is very friendly, the restaurant is always clean and the food is perfect. Thank you to the staff for constantly exceeding expectations!
Although I miss the days of having a waitress, I thought ordering via screen was pretty easy. The food was good and the place looked clean.
