“Did you guys get new owners or something? Cause this time the drive thru cashier was on it. He was polite, patient, and gave us tons of ketchup! He had our drinks made as soon as we pulled up. He had us cashed out and ready to go within 30 seconds! Fastest time yet at this McDonald's! AND as a BONUS, the food was hot off the burners! Impressive!!

“Ordered "table service" from the app. I do this out of convenience, as I am handicapped and walking, standing in line are not fun for me. Unfortunately, "table service" apparently means something different to McDonalds than it does to me. Initially, my table number was called from behind the counter and only brought to my table when the employee saw me struggling to stand. Food was delivered in a to-go bag, not a tray. And my drink wasn't included. When I asked about this the employee, went to the counter and returned with an empty cup, saying, "Help yourself."“
